West Coast Eagles extends with Toyota WA
Perth-based Australian Football League (AFL) franchise West Coast Eagles has extend its agreement with premier partner Toyota Western Australia.
Under terms of the three-year extension, Toyota WA will shift its sponsorship of the Eagles from the coaches' box to the club's newest community endeavour, 'Border Patrol', an initiative that sees Eagles players visiting schools throughout the state of Western Australia.
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
“We’re very happy to have Toyota WA on board for what promises to be an exciting three years ahead,” said West Coast chief executive Trevor Nisbett. "We’re looking forward to building on our already fantastic relationship, and we fully endorse Toyota’s desire to shift from coaches’ sponsorship to take a more community-based direction with Border Patrol.”
