Coca-Cola renew deal with Eintracht Frankfurt
Coca-Cola have extended their sponsorship of German Bundesliga soccer club Eintracht Frankfurt for another three years.
Coca-Cola will remain a second tier partner of the club, with pouring rights for non-alcoholic drinks at the Commerzbank Arena, where the team play their home fixtures. Coca-Cola will also participate in a range of promotional activities in a deal which may be worth around US$450,000 a year.
Eintracht Frankfurt chairman Heribert Bruchhagen said that the support of a global brand like Coca-Cola would help the club build for the future.
With 16 games gone in the 2010/11 season, Eintracht Frankfurt are eighth in the Bundesliga table.
