British Eurosport extends MotoGP deal
British Eurosport has extended its broadcast deal with the MotoGP Championship for another two years.
The digital broadcaster will continue to air live coverage in the UK and Ireland of practice and qualifying at every MotoGP race weekend, as well as races in the Moto2 and Moto3 series, in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Same-day delayed coverage of races in the MotoGP series will also be shown.
Live broadcast rights to MotoGP races are held in the UK by the BBC. British Eurosport also holds the UK broadcast rights to the Superbike World Championship and MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship.
The 2012 MotoGP season begins with the Commercial Bank Grand Prix of Qatar at the Losail Circuit on the weekend of 8th April.
