New sponsor for Aston Villa
English Premier League side Aston Villa have agreed a deal that will see 188BET tighten its grip on top level English soccer.
Online gaming and entertainment company 188BET has become Villa's official betting partner for the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons, having already secured shirt sponsorship deals with Premier League sides Wigan Athletic and Bolton Wanderers this year.
Aston Villa, who will continue to emblazon their shirts with the logo of children's charity Acorns, were previously sponsored by rival betting company 32Red.
The new partnership will give Aston Villa fans the opportunity to take advantage of a range of promotional activity, which will be announced at the beginning of the season.
